About 20 years ago, my girl friend Dot got me into carving. She wanted
me to take lesson with her, at the High School. Her Mother got sick so,
she never got to the carving lessons. But because I'd paid for the class;
I took the class and enjoyed the classes.
I was married 49 years to Lt George J. Jardine, (Ret). We had two children,
William and Mary Lou! Bill has four children and Mary has two children.
My hobbies were oil painting, flowers, refinishing furniture, and canning
chairs.
Foods I like most are ice cream and diet cola.
As George was in the Navy, I was a stay at home wife and mother.
I took lesson in Maryland, with Jan Calbit and Seminars with Rosalyn
Daisey, and Clayton Eckman and Pat DeAngelis. I will help anyone that
has asked for help, bird carving or other carving. I found the more you
help others, the more you learn. I use any tool to get the Job done.
